A Little more detail.....

When an agreement is made and both parties sign it in agreeance, this is called a Parenting Plan. This is not legally binding.

If you wish to formalise a Parenting Plan into a Consent Order (Legally Binding), we can provide you with information about how to go about doing this.

We can support you with the Do-It-Yourself application available from the Family Court website.
F
ee is $780 per person.

Fees are charged per parent, which means unless otherwise agreed, each parent is charged $1320 (ex GST) for up to five (5) hours of child focused mediation.

The mediation fee is payable at the time of booking.

If Parenting and Property mediation are also required, and the five hours will not be suitable, a per hour rate of $270 (ex GST) per person & extended room hire fees if applicable is payable on the day. Alternatively, we book consecutive days to cover both property and parenting.

The same rate of $270 (ex GST) per person per hour is applicable for Lawyer Assisted mediation.

It is STRONGLY advised that all parties seek legal advice either before or during the mediation process.

GC Mediations CANNOT give legal or financial advice.
