You're Separated, Now What
​Six Weekly 1.5-hour phone or video sessions. Great for those that have separated/plan to. You’re looking for someone not involved to help you handle the overwhelming emotion that will come and circumvent and potential for escalating conflict.
Points of discussion will be, but not limited to;

Focusing on the children when you’re feeling like you can’t focus on anything.

There will be consequences, how do we deal with them when they’re not favourable?

Even if you left, there will be a grief process.

Now, Divorce
Twelve Fortnightly 2-hour phone or video sessions. To be utilised across six months to encompass legal proceedings and support you through that process.
You’ve been through the process of separation but now you’re onto the actual divorce and looking for ongoing support from an outside party that can guide you and helps you navigate each step of the process.
Points of discussion will be, but not limited to;

Twelve Fortnightly 2-hour phone or video sessions. You’re at the tail end of the divorce proceedings and looking for tailored mentoring to help you confidently stride into the next chapter of a brand new you!!!

Pay per session, phone, or video sessions.
Perfect for those who need guidance around communication and getting into healthy communication habits. Each session will be no more than an hour in duration. This package requires an initial commitment of two sessions minimum. Payment for this package is required at the time of booking.
